Payment method and timing
Payment method: Credit card (via payment agency Stripe)
Payment timing: Payment is confirmed when the product order is finalized. Annual plans automatically renew every year, and payment for the following year is processed on the renewal date.
Delivery timing of goods
Immediately after payment is completed, the license key will be sent via email and also displayed on the purchase completion screen.

Returns and Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital data as a product, cancellations, returns, and refunds are not accepted after purchase. In addition, cooling-off laws do not apply to mail-order sales. Please carefully review the product description page before purchasing.
You can cancel your annual plan at any time (you can process the cancellation from the purchaser-only management page). After cancellation, billing will stop starting from the next renewal date. We do not issue pro-rata refunds.
